We offer an exciting mix of German wursts, world-class pizzas , sandwiches, and salads. Come try our made-from-scratch traditional pretzels or nosh on our rotating house-made soups and salads. If you are in the mood for a true beerhall experience, we’ll serve you traditional wursts with a hefty side of sauerkraut. Regardless of your tastes, we have a little something for everyone!

The Frontier Frau Brewery and Restaurant is located in historic downtown Cozad. Our building was originally constructed over 100 years ago as an implement dealer for the growing frontier town, The Frontier Frau has been fully renovated in a way that pays homage to our history and heritage.
The taproom can hold 135 guests, and our biergarten accommodates an additional 100 people. Either can be booked for private events.
We are able to cater special events with unique food options, or provide a selection from our regular menu.
